I have been experiencing slow and no service on my telkom 4meg line for about 2-3 months.
The line is fine during the day, now after 4:30 onwards the line is so slow, a reboot of the router lasts for 5 mins before slow internet and sometimes no internet pages loading, the report has been made several times, each time a technician has apparently been out in the day when the internet is fine, I have explained to telkom it is an evening fault, as I do not see the point of a technician coming out in the day when the internet is fine.
This is now distressing and I shall be seeking alternative internet access as paying for half a service is not right, this never used to happen, after 4:30 is when my partner needs the internet after work, I just cannot seem to get through to telkom, our internet experience is now too poor to continue using such a poor service. Less than 50 % of my reports to telkom have been answered too, no response from them with me replying to sms they send to say that the problem has not been resolved, I end up having to put another report in *when the internet works)
Sorry Telkom, this is the final straw, you're losing me as a customer.
