WHERE IS MY AIRTIME!!! Terribly disappointed

Firstly I would like to say "again" that I can't believe Vodacom's service has dropped like this. I have upgraded because all the years I been with Vodacom I never had any problems with them now I wish I never upgraded. I am now on a Top up 99 but for this month I did not receive my airtime for this month. I was told that on the 1st of every month I will receive it.called in twice to the call centre yesterday and seems to me like both the consultants clearly took me for an because I still don't have my airtime. The first consultant said she will call me back as the system was offline never did she call back. Second consultant said she will log a request for me and I will receive confirmation sms never did that happen. Vodacom's consultants are liars!!! Oh and the last consultant (Tutu) I called today was too busy listening to somebody else's story next to her instead of mine. Let me not go into the complaint about me upgrading last month, what has happened to Vodacom really? Because of my complaint last month I received 1 gig did I use it no it disappeared after a day because Vodacom decided to finally do the up grade I asked for. Funny thing is I worked for Vodacom now ashamed.
