No Service since 26th October 2013 - Fed Up

Following the rain on the weekend of the 26 October 2013, it seems as though the exchange on which I am on was badly affected. A call was logged by myself on the 28.10.2013. Both my telephone line and ADSL was down. A few days later, the ADSL came up, albeit for a few hours at a time. The phone line was still down. I have logged numerous calls since then via the website, called the inefficient call centre (on hold for approx 20min at a time), been told I should have reported it sooner, then tell me that they will call me to give me feedback, received an SMS from Werner on 13.11.2013, advising a tech has been dispatched, The tech came to my home, pick up the hand set and said that he will have to come back as he does not have his tooIs. He has also not returned. I complained again to the call centre, my phone line came up for a whole three days, but was of no use as the line was so bad, u could not hear a thing. I have received numerous SMS's telling me that the problem has been resolved and too date the telephone line is STILL DOWN!!! I still receive a bill from u for usage, WHAT USAGE!!! WHEN WILL MY LINE BE UP. I have used my tel. no as the policy ID. Will not be holding my breath!
