My cellphone contract is expiring end of December. I want to cancel this contract and need to give one calendar month's notice - as per MTN. This I have been trying to do since yesterday. I sent a e-mail to [Email Removed] - to please contact me yesterday at - 9:48 am. Still waiting. On website the number given to cancel contracts 083 705 7171 - not working. I then tried to contact both Hemmingways Mall branch - only answered after 6th time I phoned - 083 869 0076/77 - but i have to call the customer services department. Amalinda branch could also not assist. CUSTOMER CARE ENQUIRIES - 083 1808 - well lets just say not helpful. I spoke to Namahlanza, Khosi, Themba - ref nr 106745840 - Thobekile ens... Needless to say the cancellation department's phones are not working and therefore they cannot put me through. I have left my office number yesterday already as well as this morning and am still waiting for a call. Surely my request for assistance to cancel my contract is not that difficult. Is there just one person in the hole of SA that does this at MTN?
May I please request someone who can assist me to contact me urgently.
