The Contract Cancellation Call Centre is non operational. The only way to cancel a contract is to contact the Contracts Cancellation via phoning 082 1958. This number however is not being answered for the few days.
I have contact Customer Care who can only assist by putting my call through to the Contract Cancellation, which again is not answered.
Vodacom Newcastle sent an e-mail on my behalf to Contract Cancellations, again no feedback was received.
I need to cancel my contract as Vodacom has no service on the farm where we live and it is thus useless to re-new my contract.
I guess by ignoring your call Vodacom believes they will annoy you enough that you will give up hope to cancel the contract at all???
