Truworths service is disgusting when it comes to fraud. Someone purchased R3000 worth of clothing on her account. When she went to report it, they couldn't provide footage, nor the signature of the of the person who purchased and on top of it, we found out for the 1st time after having the account for almost 2 years that the staff is suppose to ask security questions. Yet, the investigation department, make it seems like negligence. Why didn't the cameras in store work on the Blue Route branch and why must my daughter investigate on her own. It's not her fault that the cashier's didn't follow the correct protocol.
