My Complaint is as follows,
I have tried to cancel my expired contract for over a month. I have phoned the normal 808 number designated for persons with cellphone contracts. After selecting to talk to a consultant only to be referred to another branch or the cancellation department. After 10-20 minutes or so with no answer I would end the call. This would have been fine but after the 5th try I have given up. I have also requested that they contact me via message to the consultant department but have yet to receive any call Whatsoever. I went further as to email MTNSP with another request to cancel my contract. I would like to express how frustrated and Irritated I am. After my other contracts expire I will cancel them as well.
