Yesterday i spoke Mokgale from contract cancellation department whereby i requested him to cancel my cellphone contact as it has expired, I have honoured the contract and been a loyal customer with MTN for 24 month without defaulting the payments.
Yesterday i requested him to email me a cancelation letter that serve and confirm that my contract has expired of which he failed to do so, i now dont have access to dial 808 to request it as now i am top up subscriber
Mtn please call me back and do me justice in regard.
