I have to express my absolute DISGUST at how my cancellation request has been handled...
I sent a request on the 03/12/2012 YES 2012 to cancel my contract with ADT as my equipment had not been working for over a year and it was pointless for me to pay for something that is not working.
I sent the letter to the cancellations department - and Thabane acknowledged my request to cancel my services...
He tried to assist me - but was not able to, eventually i said to him please cancel my contract I am aware that i would need to pay the balance of the months.
Months went by and i never heard anything from ADT - quiete honestly i also did not bother becuase my contact was going to end in June 2013 anyways.
Now, 25 June 2013 - i resent the letter for cancellations - on the 26/07/2013 A lady contacted me to confirm cancellation - and i said yes, however what she failed to advise me was that the cancellation will only be for the 1 August 2013 and that i would still be paying premiums for July 2013 - I found this out by calling the call center today and spoke to Petrunela...
I WANT THE CONTRACT CANCELLED END JUNE 2013 - IT IS NOT WORKING...
