Cancellation of contract not done

Hi,

I phoned the Cancellation Department and spoke to Allan just now.

I asked for a confirmation email to confirm my contract will be cancelled.

I answered a few security questions, and was told, my contract will end on 7 december 2013, last debit order to come off end of decemberr 2013 and i will received airtime for the last time 7 december 2013.

Now the email confirming cancellation reads as follows:

CELL C MOBILE NUMBER: 0849538525

We hereby acknowledge receipt of your cancellation request.
It is with regret that we learn that you wish to cancel your contract with Cell C.
In line with the terms and conditions of the Contract that you have agreed into, you are required to provide a calendar month notice in advance.
Please be advised that your Cell C contract will be discontinued as of 30/09/2013

THIS IS NOT AT ALL CORRECT.

SUCH A SIMPLE QUERY CAN BE SO DIFFICULT TO INCOMPETENT PEOPLE. WHY ASK ME ALL THE SECURITY QUSTINOS IF YOU GOING TO STUFF UP ANYWAY. THIS ALLAN PERSON CLEARLY DOE NOT PERFORM DUTIES AS DONE IN CANELLATIONS.
PLEASE GET BACK TO ME ASAP.
