I have been trying for two days to get through to Vodacom's cancellations department.
I went especially to one of the Vodacom stores to cancel only to be told that I have to phone a number to cancel.
I tried phoning the calls get dropped, no one ever answers, this is unacceptable I have other contracts with Vodacom, makes me wonder If Vodacom is making it difficult to cancel on purpose in order for us to give up and just continue with them, I have some other expensive business contracts with them and if this the kind of service I get I will cancel all of them when the time comes.
I hereby request in public forum that my number 084 5931279 to be cancelled. The contract expires at the end of March 2013. I know you require 30 days notice, I tried yesterday the 1st of April and today 2nd of April, I expect the contract to be cancelled by the end of this month, please contact me to confirm as this is becoming a waste of my time to contact Vodacom.
Please send me a letter confirming receipt of my complaint and steps in addressing this matter.
