NO HELP AT ALL?

Hi have 2 contract with mtn, my Blackberry 9900 and my iPad mini. Both numbers are activated for the loyalty points, since you can not actually dial and send/receive sms's on a ipad the call centre was friendly enough to assist with the registration and changing all my points to data. Now suddenly they are not alllowed to assist me anymore. I have dialled 808, 1555 and 173. NO HELP! I keep being asked to call the next number. 173 just started the cycle from the start and reffered me to 808? Besides the bad attitudes and uninformed call centre agents who is insisting that i put my NANO sim in my Blackberry. She does not even know what a nono sim is and keeps telling me its a micro sim card. Tells me to get a phone to put my sim card in to change points to data. Now you really think i am going buy a iphone 5 just to change my rewards points to data? Oh and the supervisors and managers DOES NOT TAKE CALLS? When i finally get put through to a supervisor, he does not listen or even try to resolve querie, insist on calling another num. So they just keep throwing me from one line to the next. Still waiting for all the promised call backs as promised by the 808 supervisor and other agents
