I recieve sms's every now and then reminding me of my loyalty points balance. Yesterday I opted for the 24hr bundle that costs 1700 points. I recieved a confirmation sms saying it went through however I did not recieve the bundle. When I attempted to download something it used ALL my existing data. Very upset about this, this is fals advertising.
