My wife and me did an online survey in November 2013, which we received via e-mail. The e-mail mentioned that we would then receive 1000 smart shopper points. My wife did receive these points, but I have still not received these. When we were on holiday I spoke to the information lady at PnP Richards Bay, who kindly contacted your call centre (28 Dec) and I was promised that the points would be loaded within 1 week. Today is 9 January, and the points have still not been loaded. My card number is 7353280014673830. Please assist!
