Frustrating Network

My company has had the MTN and Blackberry reps at our offices... in an attempt to resolve our blackberry contract phone issues.
all they succeeded in doing is making the devices worse. its now going 4 weeks
this is an on going issue, MTN being the prefered supplier should have resolved this issue.. however between MTN and Blackberry, both parties seem clueless!!!
Further more, i had the unfortunate task of calling MTN's call centre on friday, 13/09/2013/ in regards to loyalty points,
the nice call centre lady, CONFIRMED THAT LOYALTY POINTS IS A WASTE OF TIME...

I GIVE UP!!
