I recently bought your MTN 24hour data deal, knowing that i needed to update some applications on my computer.

As i begun downloading i checked my balance and noticed that 328 mb - leaving me with 14mb - has already been deducted from my account. I thought uncapped 24 hour ment no data would be deducted. Clearly you should warn your customers in an sms saying that you should wait for a conformation sms, before you start downloading!
Knowing MTN does not have a cheap rate for data this would be a bargain for me to update some applications. Now i have wasted data and 1700 loyalty points.
This problem has been found for other users of this '' on hellopeter. I want a compensation for my data and my loyalty points immediately!
