I requested my number to be changed from what was the contract number I initiated the contract on be changed to my current existing prepaid number which I was told is possible but now I have been given the run around, I called the call centre on the 2nd of December at around 17h00 and the consultant told me the number would be changed in an hour but nothing has happened since then. Please assist me cell c and change my contract number to my prepaid number as I requested.
