Vodacom seriously is the pitts. You get send from pillar to post by their call centre consultants and if they cant assist, they simply cut you off - what i dont get is if you cannot assist, then escalate to someone who actually can - I called your Talking Points Call Centre Dept to enquire whether I can reverse a transaction of my talking points which Ive redeemed on 22/01/2013. The flippen twit did not have a clue what I was talking about and told me to call Blackberry for assistance. How the is blackberry going to assist when im enquiring regarding the freaking talking points??? and to put the cherry on top, she hung up on me. Is that how you treat your clients when you dont have the answers to their questions?? I expect the courtesy of a prompt response and the necessary investigations and corrections from actually qualified personnel.
