They are me of my points I had 31050 on the 20th august and it amounts to R3150? now the system shows me that i have 3980 points which is R398. yesterday i had R408 which is 4080 points why are they me this is why offer a rewards programme if they cannot manage it correctly. This should be called U Rob instead of U rewards!!! I have escalated various time throughout the month and still no joy the u count rewards call centre cannot assist, Feroz Dollie from the order team also cannot assist even though i have mailed her on numerous and included proof of the points with screens shots from the site and still they tell me the points are and funds are correct.
