Poor Customer Service

I took my BB in on 25 Nov for batteries repairs (still under guarantee) and was promised that I will get back between 24-72 hours. 7 days later I went to the shop, cell still not repaired and the staff refusing to let me speak to the shop's manager, Robyn White. I had to wait 2 hours for my cell after phoning Vodacom and complaining. I received my cell an hour ago, drove all the way to Kempton just to find that my cell was NOT repaired at all and is till faulty. What now? Job nr: 9425073-56164644
