Empty promises and, deceit as well

I got a call from one of the agents offering me a new cellphone contract, We concluded the deal and i was made to believe that the phone will be delivered this week even today i have nt received any feedback from virgin mobile and what makes me angry is the fact that i gave my banking details.

The call centre is practical useless and i dnt knw wat do, this is an embrassment for a global company of this magnitude mmxxx!
