I have just came off a another call of an accounts agents not able to help me but offering to put me back to the cancellations department. I have been trying to cancel my contract with Virgin Mobile and the calls to the call centre/customer care has just been frustrating. Every call I have made to the customer care had been over an hour - there is no assistance at all. Someone picks up and put me back on hold without saying a word or the line just becomes quiet and after a while rings and still there is no response.
I am really disgusted and I want this contract (0741800951) to be cancelled. The service at Virgin Mobile is very bad.
Even if I was considering to keep this number I will not due to the type of service I have received.
All the agents I have gone through are not able assist with the escalation process.
