Poor customer service

My car was booked for a repair under the service department on the 19/05/2026. The service advisor is Andries. I gave him all necessary documents. Since then there was no communication until I made contact on the 21/05/2026 only to learn that nothing has been done because he cannot get hold of the company I have a warranty with, he then asked me for my ID number which he has on the documents I gave him which then tells me that he never looked at them. On the 21/05/2026 I asked the Warranty company to call him urgently and they did, they left messages for him yesterday and today 22/05/2026.
I called again on the 22/05/2026 could not get hold of him. He called back advising that he spoke to the company, and they are asking for service records which I gave him, and he made a copy on the 19/05/2026 again that tells me no attention was given to my car until this morning.
This is irritating to the last nerve. The car was there for 4days and if you count the weekend, it will be with them for 6days.
