I am tired of explaining my issue with virgin mobile over and over. Every time I call, I need to explain from the beginning. After so many years of being a loyal customer I am totally disgusted at the treatment I am receiving. Not once did you have to call me to ask me pay my instalment, but I have to beg you to load the airtime that I pay for every month. You make empty promises and to me and still take my money from my account. I curse the day i called Virgin Mobile for a contract. I regret renewing the contract. I don't think I will ever have a good word to say about this company... Ever. I think Virgin Mobile is Pathetic. Shame on you!!
