4 WEEKS TODAY A LADY NAMED KIM BELL FROM VIRGIN MOBILE OFFERED ME THE S4 MINI CONTRACT ON CONTRACT. WE HAD A GREAT CONVERSATION AND I AGREED TO SEAL THE DEAL WITH HER AND EVEN GAVE HER MY BANKING DETAILS. SHE SAID THE FONE WOULD BE DELIVERED IN 7- 10 WORKING DAYS. ITS BEEN 4 WEEKS AND IM STILL WAITING. NO ONE HAS HAD THE DECENCY TO LET ME KNOW WHATS HAPPENING. I REGRET HAVING THAT CONVERSATION WITH HER BECAUSE I KNOW THAT EVEN THOUGH THE FONE HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED- MY ACCOUNT WILL BE DEBITED COME PAY DAY. I KNOW THAT ITS NOT KIMS FAULT BUT I NOW WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH WITH VIRGIN MOBILE. I WANT THEM TO CANCEL THE DEAL AND TO NEVER CONTACT ME AGAIN. VERY UPSET WITH THEIR SERVICE
