I received a call from a call center offering me a Virgin Mobile cellphone contract. I agreed on the contract and was told the fone will be delivered within 7-10 working days. On the 10th working day, I called Virgin mobile customer service to enquire about the delivery details. They then informed me that my application was still pending with no apparent reason and delivery will not be possible. I find this highly unprofessional and a waste of my time. 10 working days is a long time and I don't think consumers should be misled. I will never deal with Virgin mobile ever again!
