Virgin mobile is by far the most useless service provider I have ever come across. All their call centre agents and lead you on when they are unable to help you. Everyone has a different answer for the same question, clearly showing that nobody knows anything! Richard Branson, innovative? I think not. The mobile network is so far behind that it does not support the blackberry 10 system. Virgin mobile also rips people off when it comes to their billing! I have never regretted anything this much in my life! Definitely must cancel their contract and cut my LOSSES before I LOSE more! Thanks for nothing virgin mobile! I will definitely be discouraging anyone who is even remotely thinking about joining your network!
