I bought a Samsung S4 a few months ago- not only did the guy not really know what he was doing but the way they handled it was unprofessional. A few weeks ago the screen cracked so I took it in for repairs under the warranty... They were firstly unsure that I was in fact registered (which is something they need to do) and then they were not keen to help and wanted me to go to another branch. My phone was later accepted and I was promised that it would take not more than 14 working days. It took 18working days and I had to follow up myself as they did not contact me and my phone was actually lost as Head Office confirmed delivery 3days before Cell C Woodlands was actually aware of my device in the store. Before giving them the phone I asked if I back up was necessary and they promised that it is not needed as they will only work on my screen. ALL my photos, videos, numbers etc. have been wiped! I am seriously unhappy about the service and the lack of knowledge these guys have regarding their work! The worst customer experience!!!
