I was offered a Virgin Mobile cellphone contract over the phone, in January 2014. I was promised that the phone would be delivered within 10 days and now more than 20 days have passed with no feedback. I called last week on 28 Jan and was promised that I will receive the phone on 31 January there was a delay because the delivery truck was high-jacked, but still I have not received it. Why to your customers? Exactly where is this phone
