I have been struggling to sort out my account billing for 6 months! We had two call outs in Aug 2013 of which both was pretty useless as they could not sort out the issue, and eventually we just got a new modem. However I paid both call outs in full as soon as I got the bill. Now the system keeps on automatically billing us for 2 non-existing call-outs for the last 6 months. This month I was billed for three!!! Each time I phone in no one knows what is the issue and it gets "escalated" to who knows where, but clearly it does not help if it is still happening 6 months down the line. Best of all I get told to calm down... How in should I calm down after 6 months of struggling to sort this out and each time I need to retell my whole story, get put through to 4 different departments, and then eventually demand to talk to a manager and then get put on hold and have the line cut off. Is there an authority I can report this to??? Everyone always tells me that Telkom's service, but I really never expected this bad...
