I HANDED IN MY PHONE FOR REPAIRS LAST WEEK, I CALLED THEIR CALL CENTRE TO ASK IF THERE IS ANY PROGRESS ON THE PHONE AS I USE IT FOR BUSINESS. THE LADY REPLIED BY SAYING THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PHONE FROM BROOKLYN BRANCH. WHAT BAD AND PATHETIC SERVICE. WHY CANT THEY UNDERSTAND THE URGENCY OF A PERSONS PROPERTY AND WHAT ITS USED FOR. I DONT THINK I WILL BE USING THEIR SERVICES FOR MUCH LONDER, RATHER GO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER WHO ACTUALLY CARES.
