I do not know where to start. I handed my phone in for repairs at the head office of Autpoage on Allandale on 3 July 2013. I was informed that repairs take 10 to 15 days if you hand it in directly at the head office. I did not receive any documentation for the phone handed in. I receive an sms that day and the next day stating the job number and the fact that the phone was in line for repairs. I received no further updates. I phoned on 23, 24 or 25 July to get an update on the status of my phone in which call I quoted the job number - they said repairs take 4 to 6 weeks and that they will ask for updates to be sent to me. I did not receive any updates. The customer service centre has no record of this call. I have been contacting the customer services help desk last week on different occasions to get an update on my phone seeing that it has been 7 weeks since I handed in my phone. They committed to gather information for me and to come back to me, but I have not received any response from them. I phoned again on Friday when I was told my phone was dispatched. Today no-one can help me again. I am really tired of getting NO SERVICE at all. I have not even had as much as one apology.
