On Saturday I took my phone in for repairs and they said they would call to advise what the problem is, the phone is still under warranty. On Monday I called to find out what the progress on the phone is, they advise that they detected water damage and that it needed to be sent to JNB for repairs. I then visited the store later the evening as i was in the mall and they lady confirmed that my phone has arrived in JNB and that i need to call them in the morning to get the quote. I called this morning and the LADY in the CPT canal walk branch advised that i have been given incorrect information and my phone is STILL in the CPT branch!!!
