On Saturday 4 August I took my BlackBerry 9790 Bold to the store. I booked it in with job number 9085013. I went to the store on Sunday 5 August, to fetch my phone. I did not back up all the things. when I fetched it, it took the lady 45 minutes to find my phone. she did not cancelled the job. On 7 August I took the phone to the VodaCare in Hatfield. the guy asked me if the phone was in for repairs and I replied 'no'. he then tolt me that Brooklyn did not take it from the system. On 13 August I received a text message that my phone was booked in in Potchefstroom. I phoned Hatfield Vodacare on 16 August after 4 pm. I spoke to the guy and he told me, Brooklyn made a mistake by booking the phone for Potchefstroom. The phone is with Vodacare Hatfield more than a week and I did not hear a word from them. I think that the shop ows me an proper explanation. Now my phone must go to Potchefstroom and back. 2 or 3 more days. It is very inconvenient for my as visual impaired person without my phone.
