MTN - Not Fricking Ayoba

I'm doing this on behlaf of my wife. My wife's contract upgraded and she also decided to get two extra phones for me and her father.

We went to the Sandown Retail Crossing MTN Store and after getting no help, no feedback and absolutely no service at all, I went on to the MTN website and tried to get a number to call. What a mission just to get number that you can phone for general enquiries. Their website. Evidently they dont like phone calls, because getting a number to phone is near impossible. Eventually I got a number to phone.

They put me on to the Century City store. We went there and they helped my wife quick enough. Only problem is, her phone is still not working, this is from last Thursday. Her sim card is still not active. I mean, this was supposed to be a simple sim swap.

We cant even get a hold of the store to tell us what is happening with the other two phones for which the numbers are being brought over from Vodacom. No one answers phones, not even the person that helped us is answering her cell or the e mail I sent.

Really poor service. I would be ashamed I had a business that operated that way.
