29 Days Still No New on My Phone

I handed my phone in on the 9 Jan 29 days ago for repairs i was informed the longest the repair would take is 30 Days which would be tomorrow. The Quote from repairs was only sent to Nashua Insurer on the 28 Jan where it was approved for replacement. Any could take one look at the phone and see that it is beyond replacement but it took Nashua's Technical Team 19 Days to figure this out WHY??? Also know one has contacted me on the progress or anything i have had to call Park Meadows, Customer Services and the Insurance to gather this information... I was not given a loan phone and need my phone for work due to the Incompetence of the Technical Repairs department I have be Inconvenienced and so has my employer and you know what I still dont have my replacement phone or even know when i will have it because no one can answer me and the Technical Repairs department dont take calls (I wonder why). I have been with Nashua forever but after this type of service im not sure if i am willing to stay with them... Do you know what Customer Service is??? Regards Robert Menezes
