I handed my phone in for repairs at the bounders branch on the 28th of August as it is under warranty and not even a year old, i was told that they do not have loan phones to supply and it will take up to 21 days to get my phone back, the next day i called cell c and explained that i need access to my emails 24/7, they were not able to assist as well, saying i need to find out from the stores next to me, i even sent cell c an email there was no response to the email until this week, saying that they do not know which stores have loan phones, I even emailed the carlswald branch, who responded 3days later saying "we dont have loan phones" I have been calling in from last week querying about the status of my phone with failed efforts to get any progress. There service is terrible, they dont get back to customers and take ages to reply to emails, yet amazingly when they are promoting products they will call you back on the exact date and time that you request them to. Cell C is useless, I have had numerous problems with them, they even debited my account twice on previous occasions. There customer service is the worst that you can ever get... Pathetic
