Not sure if it is even worth complaining on this portal any longer... Cell C have stopped responding!!! I am still waiting for an answer from last week... as well as responses from a myriad emails I have sent to them on their own website.
My connection is SOOOOO bad now (although the signal has improved) in terms of upload/download speed that today I can't even send any emails. In fact, entirely due to Cell C's lack of service, some months back my gmail addressed was hacked as the service was so bad/slow that I was unable to logout and the internet connection just shut itself off.
I am so incensed at the lack of service I have received from this Company since I started my contract earlier this year...
