Last year I took out a cell c data contract with hauwei s7 tablet I had it set up by cell c and it was working great with a very efficient fast connection. Last month all of of networks were of for about 8 hours in our area and since they turned back on I have a terribly slow Internet connection, its so slow its not even worth using any more for the last 2 days I have been phoning cell c from the tablet for assistance on 140 and I stay on the line and get told my process can not be completed then the call gets recycled again, today I have been on the phone for 15 min trying to get assistance from the technical department but I had to end the call as I can't stay on my work phone indefinitely, please can I be assisted this contract is a waste if it is no longer going to function.
