Despite my MYRIAD complaints and promises before the silly season to sort out my problem, things have got even worse... Today I have NO signal at all, and upload and download speeds averaging 0.00 most of the time. I am so absolutely fed up with having to make excuses to my business associates as to why I can't access the internet.
