I have had a cell C 5 gig data contract for 2 years with little or no issue, over the past 4 days the speed of the internet connection is progressively getting worse with speeds as low as 300kbps up and down. Please can someone let me know what is happening and can it be resolved.
The latest speed test i did with the results below, the dashboard shows full strength HSDPA

Download Speed: 2459 kbps (307.4 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 33 kbps (4.1 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 176 ms
