Yes, still no assistance from Cell C since I reported them YET again last week... just one in a myriad complaints.
I have emailed them and phoned them repeatedly and I am still battling with my internet connection. Still no visit from their technical staff as promised and I'm still awaiting a reply to a phone call I made on Saturday night when I was unable to access the internet at all!!! I was told they would call me back within 5 minutes...
