I am still waiting for Cell C to come back to me about the poor signal in my area. When I am at home I cannot use my phone... I have being battling since mid August last year... No response, I get promises that someone will be in touch, but no one does..

I have complained on Cell C's website... All I got was a network form to fill in and that was 2 months ago!!!
This service is beyond shocking!!!
Is there a way I can cancel my contract without having to pay in because of lack of service and lack of response?
Because Cell C is not working for me!!!
