Renewed my contract, but being billed old amount

I was on the R249.00p/m RBM 200 for 2 years. Upgraded to the S3 mini on RBM 200 a few months ago at a revised price of R199.00p/m, but my debit order is still going off for R249.00

I have complained on the Cell C website, but have been totally ignored. This now constitutes breach of contract and needs to be fixed immediately. I shouldn't have to run around after you for my money.
