I tried to cancel my mobile phone contract back in April of this year. I received a reference number, 46765279. Virgin told me that the last payment will be taken at the end of May. This was still not fixed by July. I went to the Virgin Mobile store in Eastgate shopping Centre, where I was promised that this will be fixed. Still no joy. I tried several times to get this resolved by their call centre, but after numerous calls, calls being dropped, and no service whatsoever, I gave up that cause. My wife managed to get hold of another number, and this time the person called me. After a few discussions on 30 September, this person eventually told me that this has now been resolved and that the refund for all the Months of extra charge would be given. Well to date this is still not resolved, and Virgin is still taking money. Apart from starting a law suit, I really do not know what to do next. This is the most terrible service that I have ever received.
