End of contract billing

I was having a contract with virgin mobile for the past 24 months. I was called by one of the virgin mobile consultant around July 2013 to remind me that the contract is going to expire end of August 2013. The person wanted to know if i want to ugrade or not. I told the person that i dont want to up grade. First week of September 2013 i called virgin mobile to check if they have automatically cancelled or i have to cancel it. The consultant advised me to cancel it and informed me that the last debit order will be on the 25th of September 2013 (R99.00). I was surprise to receive an invoice stating that i have to pay R159.00. I immediately called Virgin mobile and i was told that R60.00 is for a handset buy out. How must i buy out a hand set after paying 24 month.

Please intervene because they have deducted R159 from my bank account instead of R99.00.
