To whom it may concern

Previous complaint, ref. no 2887788, has not been resolved to this date.

Since the initial complaint the mobile number in question has been barred by supplier, reinstated and promise was made to resolve problem.

Again, a message has just been received by sms from Virgin Mobile. that the phone would be barred. Problem has still not been resolved.

Issues at hand now after consultations with Virgin Mobile are, re-instating of initial contract with correct debit amount, credit for money debited, communication among different departments at Virgin Mobile and a capable person to resolve this problem who apart from looking at the problem and further refer it to second and third parties, is in a position to actually do something about it.
