Does Richard Branson know what's going on in SA?

I am on the verge of a breakdown!!! Since September last year I've had enough frustration to last me a lifetime.
Though not being on a Blackberry contract when my contract started, I decided to get a Blackberry and was advised by the Virgin Mobile call centre that it was fine - I would be able to use internet through BB, at an extra cost of R100 per month.

Everything was working fine, then suddenly one day in September last year everything started going pear shaped! No / partial coverage (sms and calls only but no internet), SOS calls only etc.
I've tried 3 or 4 new sim cards (as advised by the call centre), the last one was couriered to me by Virgin, to no avail.

I then decided to use my old Nokia again, yet I still had persistent problems with the network coverage. 'Sim card registration failed', ' SOS only', one error message after the other... If anybody at Virgin Mobile cares enough to listen to the recordings of my Call Centre calls since September, they might get the picture.

My contract with Virgin Mobile ends April 2014 - and I will most certainly NOT be renewing the contract!
