My contract has ended with Virgin Mobile and I have decided to cancel it going forward. This is an impossible task!
The branches say they can't help me and I must call 126 they can assist with this even after I told then I have no luck with that number.
Upon phoning the 126 call center number I am placed in a cue where my call got dropped numerous times. When eventually reaching an operator I get passed to someone else for four times! The last person being rude passes me on again and says I have a bad line and drop the call!
Virgin Mobile service is very bad and I won't recommend them to anyone!
