No Support for faulty SIMCARD AND SERVICE

I have a big complaint against Virgin Mobile SA.

This is the second Hello Peter Complaint against Virgin Mobile.
I have a contract with them, with my first sim I had the sim dropped calls in the middle of a conversation, couldnt make calls. I called Virgin the first time to report the problem, I told them here is my number as this call might get dropped. Call gets dropped, no call back. This happended numerous times. Eventually when I came though to a technical guy he told me to do a sim swop. I went to buy a sim, after calling x8 times again to get through to a consultant, he help me to do the sim swop, he told me to wait 5 min then the sim swop would have taken place. After 5 min I make a random call to a number, same problem occurs. I then call a technical consultant again, call gets dropped AGAIN AFTER X5 TIMES OFF CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. TOLD MYSELF I HAD ENOUGH! I DONT F*(&^%G KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT??? VIRGIN MOBILE SA! YOU TELL ME
